Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

How to Withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us clearly (e.g., by email or letter) at the following address:

You may use the sample withdrawal form provided, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your message regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (excluding additional costs for other shipping methods you may have selected), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent them back—whichever comes first.

You must return the goods to us promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

  • Goods that have been worn or damaged and from which the original tag has been removed.

  • Unique items that have clearly been used or show signs of wear.

We kindly ask you to try on items only as you would in a store and to return them with all tags and packaging intact.
