Shipping information

YOUR SHIPPING PACKAGE

Our packages are usually shipped once a week . Depending on when payment is received, shipping takes place within 3 to 7 business days . A tracking link is provided for each shipment, allowing you to track your order at any time.

Shipping costs include packaging fees and postage . They depend on the total weight and size of the package.

We recommend combining multiple items into one order , as separate orders will be shipped individually and shipping fees will be charged for each order .

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted within the statutory period of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Please use the enclosed return form for returns.

Items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. A refund will only be issued after the returned item has been inspected .

As these are second-hand items, each piece is carefully inspected before shipping and labeled with a condition tag . Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the original tag is still attached . Removing the tag is considered use, and the item is then not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in return shipping . Customers are not entitled to compensation or replacement for lost returns.

We strongly recommend sending returns with tracking and insurance so that the shipping route can be tracked and claims can be made with the delivery service if necessary.

For PayPal payments, the item value will be refunded 2-3 days after receipt of the returned goods.

If you paid via instant bank transfer , please provide your bank details on the return form.
