GOODS ACCEPTANCE

Want to make room in your wardrobe? Give us your favorite items on consignment; we'd be happy to help you sell them!

Accepted are:

• Gucci, Prada, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermes, Dior, Celine, YSL, Loewe, Burberry, etc.

Of course, you can also email photos in advance to office(@)designersecondhandvienna.com so that we can assess whether the goods fit into our product range.

COMMISSION

The clothing should be clean and ironed, as that's what Fräulein Kleidsam stands for. We personally clean, iron, and prepare every item for sale as best as possible. If you wish to use our service, or if it is absolutely necessary, the cost will be deducted from the consignment price.

The commission price is discussed with the customer in advance and usually amounts to 1/2 of the selling price (excluding VAT), unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

The commission period is a minimum of six months and can be extended by agreement. The customer will be notified once the six-month period has expired. The commission must then be collected within three months, otherwise it will be forfeited.

You will also be notified if any unsold items need to be picked up. Please understand that we need to allow three weeks for you to collect these items.

We would like to expressly point out that goods not collected on time will be donated to charitable institutions due to lack of space!
